Professional Experience
John Winter serves as Managing Director and Co-lead of Stream’s Tenant Representation practice in Atlanta. In addition to growing the Occupier Services platform, he specializes in office tenant representation, advising corporate clients on headquarters renewals and relocations, local and multi-market site selection, acquisitions/dispositions, and lease and purchase negotiations. John is committed delivering the highest levels of client service.
John joined Stream from Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as Executive Director. With over 20 years of experience in tenant representation and consulting, he has a proven track record of executing complex transactions for a wide array of professional services companies, law firms, financial institutions, regulated utilities, and non-profit organizations. He has worked in every major U.S. city with a primary focus in Atlanta and the Sunbelt.
