Professional Experience
Clay Golden joined Stream in 2020 and currently serves as Managing Director of the firm’s Industrial Development Services division. Clay is responsible for the origination and execution of new opportunities across multiple markets, with a particular focus on continuing to grow the industrial development and acquisition platform in Central and South Texas and Florida markets.
Prior to his current position, Clay was Senior Vice President with Stream’s Austin office. His primary responsibilities included sourcing, executing, and managing Stream Austin’s principal business activities across multiple product types. Clay has over 19 years of development experience and prior to joining Stream, Clay worked for Barshop and Oles Company where he was a Vice President and Partner. Clay graduated from Tulane University in 2005 with a BBA in Political Economy.
