Glenn Kolker joined Stream in June 2022 as a Managing Director. He is responsible for sourcing, winning, and executing office leasing business in Greater Atlanta. He specializes in developing marketing strategies and materials, implementing marketing and leasing budgets, lease negotiations, financial analysis, and facilitating tenant improvements. Glenn is also one of the members of Stream’s Ambassador Program, an elite organization focused on advancing the firm’s national office profile. Glenn came to Stream from Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as a Senior Managing Director. He has been recognized as one of Atlanta’s top leasing brokers.
