NASHVILLE, TN – February 18, 2025 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces that it has been selected to market Riverside, the largest fully entitled mixed-use commercial development site in Nashville, Tennessee. This effort will be led by Executive Managing Director & Partner Rob Lowe, who oversees the company’s Nashville office.

The 65-acre Riverside property, located on the north side of the Cumberland River, offers unprecedented views of the Nashville skyline while only two miles from downtown. Acquired in 2015 by Ewing Properties with a vision to set the standard for mixed-use development along the Cumberland River and to bring investment and prosperity to North Nashville.

Recognizing the site’s magnitude and potential, the Ewings selected the internationally acclaimed architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill to conceptualize a development that will engage with the Cumberland River while offering retail, restaurants, housing, office space, parks, and open areas for the benefit of the North Nashville community. Adding to their team, the Ewings enlisted the expertise of Mike Sontag, partner at the law firm of Bass, Berry & Sims, Tom White, partner at the law firm of Tune, Entrekin & White, to lead the entitlement process, and Alan Thompson, Chief Marketing Officer at Ragan Smith, to oversee the civil land planning.

Over the next nine years, the Ewings and their team collaborated with the North Nashville community, city officials, and the planning department to secure entitlements in the summer of 2023 for more than 5 million square feet of mixed-use development while preserving over 20 acres of green space.

“From the moment my son, Tony, and I first walked the land and stood at the edge of the Cumberland River admiring downtown Nashville’s skyline, we knew this land offered North Nashville a generational opportunity to benefit from the prosperity and investment that has defined the past several decades in much of Nashville,” said Ed Ewing. “We want Riverside to set the standard for development along the Cumberland River and, in doing so, to bring shopping, restaurants, and parks to North Nashville.”

Today, Stream launches an international marketing campaign for the property. Lowe shared, “As the largest property entitled for a mixed-use development in Nashville, Riverside will draw the interest of investors and developers who recognize the future of Nashville as one of our country’s most desirable cities to live, work, and play as well as one of the best cities to invest. When I consider the potential of this site and the impact its development will have on our city, I’m immensely proud to be involved.”

A thriving physician services company based in Nashville will move to Radius, a prominent, Class A office building seeing continuing leasing momentum.

Covenant Physician Partners has signed a 10-year lease at 601 11th Ave. N in Nashville’s dynamic Gulch neighborhood within the Capitol View mixed-use district. The company, which partners with leading providers nationwide to grow thriving practices and centers while promoting clinical excellence, will occupy 25,324 square feet on the eighth floor. The firm is currently located in the Truist building at 401 Commerce St.

“We are looking forward to our relocation to Radius, both in terms of the building’s amenities and its location within North Gulch,” said Covenant CEO Goran Dragolovic.

Rubicon Equities purchased Radius, the former Lifeway Plaza, in May 2021. The 265,564-square-foot office building boasts state-of-the-art technology and workspaces that encourage collaboration. The nine-story tower has floors averaging 31,580 square feet, 18,500 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a parking garage with more than 900 spaces. It features resort-style fitness facilities with lockers and showers, a tenant lounge, an outdoor rooftop terrace, on-site security, and a café with grab-and-go items. Building signage is available for large tenants. Radius is surrounded by a full complement of restaurants, bars, shopping, and housing options.

“With Covenant, we’ve proven yet again that Radius is a premier destination in the market for dynamic, cutting-edge companies in Nashville,” said Gabriel Coltea, Managing Director at Rubicon Equities. “Radius offers unparalleled tech infrastructure and collaborative capabilities, along with fast and easy access to the entire Nashville region without the congestion of the historic core. Its many advantages are resonating, and interest in its remaining office space only continues.”

The Nashville-based private real estate investment and development firm retained Stream Realty Partners and Sandeema to reposition and market the tower. The leasing activity has shown strong and consistent demand since Rubicon acquired the empty building. “Stream and Sandeema have skillfully articulated the many advantages of the building and have made Radius a premier destination in Nashville’s Class A office market,” Coltea said.

Stream Executive Managing Director and Partner Rob Lowe and Sandeema Founder Nikko Sansone represented the landlord in the deal. Dan Bauchiero of Foundry Commercial represented the tenant. Stream, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, partners with Sandeema on the Radius leasing assignment. Stream’s growing Nashville office also provides Legendary CX property management services at the building.

“Once again, Radius’s quality of the office environment and its walkable location within Capitol View secure another high-quality tenant,” said Lowe, who was recently named to Nashville Post’s 2023 In Charge list. “We’re excited to welcome Covenant Physician Partners to Radius.”

Spaces ranging from 17,125 square feet on the first floor to full floorplates with more than 30,000 square feet on the second, third, eighth, and ninth floors are currently available at Radius. For leasing information, contact Stream Nashville at 615.795.0000 or Sandeema at 314.575.0773.

Rob Lowe joined Stream in March 2021 to help establish and build out Stream’s 13th office. Since then, the Nashville office has grown exponentially, from two people to 30+. Lowe was instrumental in recruiting over office leasing veterans Robby Davis and Stewart Lyman, as well as Lynn Sugg on the property management side of the business. Stream Nashville’s office leasing portfolio currently totals more than 6.4 million square feet, which includes such significant assignments as 3-7 Corporate Centre, Franklin Park, Neuhoff, One Nashville, 501 Commerce, Radius, and Commerce Center East, to name a few.

This marks the third time that Lowe has been named a Power 100 Dealmaker by the Nashville Business Journal during his tenure here at Stream, but he’s been recognized on multiple occasions throughout his commercial real estate career, which has spanned almost 30 years. The honor recognizes a Dealmaker as someone who is influential because they’re behind some of the most significant projects, impactful mergers, and the biggest negotiations in town. But it’s not just their job — they often have skin in the game, driving some of the region’s economy with their decisions.

Excerpt from Nashville Business Journal’s Power 100 Dealmaker write-up, by Martin B. Cherry
Rob Lowe, executive managing director and partner, Stream Realty Partners
Think of any major real estate deal in Nashville—it’s likely Rob Lowe either knows about it or he’s facilitating it. During his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Lowe was involved in recruiting finance giant AllianceBernstein to the 501 Commerce office tower at Fifth + Broadway, as well as leading leasing for Commerce Center East and Lyft’s regional headquarters downtown. The investor and part-time developer recently made a career switch and now leads real estate firm Stream Realty Partners’ Nashville office. Most recently, Lowe represented longtime Nashville businessman Lee Beaman through the sale of his coveted Midtown automotive dealership properties and has become involved in the transformation of downtown’s historic Arcade retail complex. Throughout his career, Lowe has guided buyers and sellers through some of Nashville’s largest deals, and it doesn’t seem like his momentum will slow anytime soon.

Investing in a long-term Nashville future, Stream Realty Partners has bolstered its 16-month-old operation by hiring two Vice Presidents to oversee its Investment Sales platform.

Stephen Graw and Bradley Worthington will work alongside Executive Managing Director and Partner Rob Lowe to source and execute new acquisition and disposition opportunities and grow the firm’s brand presence in the Nashville market. They will be responsible for all phases of the investment sales process, providing clients with underwriting and valuation services, due diligence, and closing coordination. Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment firm, opened its Nashville office in March 2021.

“I’ve known Stephen and Bradley for years, so I’m excited to have them join me here at Stream and provide our clients with both a personal and a professional experience,” Lowe said. “Their real estate acumen, experience, and broad relationships will immediately create opportunities in partnership with Stream Nashville.”

Stephen Graw

Graw comes to Stream from Hickory Capital Group, a self-storage acquisition and development company, where he served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development. He has worked with firms including Grubb & Ellis, Sperry Van Ness Commercial Realty, Urban Grout Commercial Real Estate, and Avison Young since graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

“I chose Stream because of the wide range of services they provide,” he said. “It’s a good fit for me because I have worked on small office leases and multi-million-dollar acquisitions and developments. The company’s entrepreneurial approach to commercial real estate will give me the opportunity to grow, deliver world-class service to my clients, and help expand the firm’s footprint in Nashville.

When not working, Graw enjoys golfing, cooking, and watching University of Tennessee football.

Bradley Worthington

Worthington joins Stream from JLL, where he was a Director of Capital Markets. He has worked with firms including H.G. Hill Realty Co., Marcus & Millichap, Urban Grout Commercial Real Estate, and Charles Hawkins Co. since graduating from the University of Mississippi. Worthington is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee and a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

“Stream’s nationwide capital markets experience and proprietary market knowledge were a huge draw for me,” Worthington said. “With Rob’s expertise and experience, Stream Nashville is a great competitor in the city, allowing me to grow my business and better serve my clients.”

Worthington said he is a big fan of the outdoors and loves hunting, fishing, hiking, and skiing in his free time.

Lowe leads the Stream Nashville office and is one of the city’s leading commercial real estate brokers and property investors. He was recruited in 2021 to lead Stream’s efforts in Nashville after working his entire career at Cushman & Wakefield.

A principal at a global occupier-centric commercial real estate firm has relocated from Southern California to Nashville to join Stream Realty Partners’ growing operation.

Griffin Farriss will serve as a Vice President of Leasing at Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment firm. He will work with Executive Managing Director and Partner Rob Lowe to expand the firm’s brand presence in the Nashville Metro area. Farriss will focus on sourcing, winning, and executing office and industrial business across all service lines, including leasing, investment sales, and tenant and landlord representation. He comes to Stream from Cresa in the Los Angeles area.

“The ability to help build something in a new market was extremely appealing to me,” Farriss said. “Rob’s leadership and reputation, combined with Stream’s robust platform and stellar track record across the U.S., made my choice easy. I look forward to leveraging my background as a tenant-focused adviser, together with Stream’s platform, to provide added value for my clients as I establish myself here.”

Farriss graduated from the University of Southern California and spent the past decade at Cresa, where he was named a Principal in 2019–one of the youngest in the firm’s history. Over the course of his career, he completed approximately 2 million square feet of leasing and sale transactions valued at nearly $500 million. Farriss said earning Cresa’s Rising Star Award and President’s Award are among his proudest professional accomplishments.

Stream Nashville hired Vice Presidents Stephen Graw and Bradley Worthington in July to oversee its Investment Sales platform. The office currently has 20 employees and manages a portfolio of almost 1.5 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space.

Nashville Office will be led by Commercial Real Estate Industry Veteran Rob Lowe

NASHVILLE, TN – March 30, 2021 – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a national real estate services, development, and investment company, announced today that it is opening an office in Nashville which will be led by Rob Lowe, one of Nashville’s leading commercial real estate brokers and property investors, as Executive Managing Director and Partner.

“I’ve been fortunate to work with the same firm my entire career; however, I couldn’t pass up this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to open an office with a firm that is renowned for its agility, creativity and innovation within the commercial real estate space,” said Lowe. “Stream’s way of doing business is tailormade for Nashville. It’s enterprising and structured to deliver the efficiencies of scale with speed, flexibility and resilience—keeping its clients and professionals competitive and in a position of strength. I’m excited about helping to introduce this unique service mentality to my hometown.”

Nashville is the 13th location for Dallas-headquartered Stream. Like Nashville, the company’s other offices are in some of the strongest commercial real estate markets in the nation, such as Austin, Atlanta, the Carolinas, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, San Diego and Washington, DC.

Stream’s Head of New Markets Derek Land said, “We look at several factors when opening a new office—strong population, job growth and cost of living, to name a few. Nashville checked all those boxes, but more importantly, we found a leader in Rob that personifies Stream’s distinct culture and unique approach to business. We are really excited to continue the swift growth trajectory of our platform and extend our services in Nashville under Rob’s leadership.”

Lowe comes to Stream from the Nashville office of Cushman & Wakefield, where he was senior managing director. He also served as a principal and member of the board of directors of Cushman’s predecessor firm Cassidy Turley, as well as a member of the firm’s five-person capital committee that negotiated the sale of Cassidy Turley in 2014 to a private equity consortium, which then acquired DTZ and merged with Cushman & Wakefield in 2015.

Lowe counts many of Middle Tennessee’s largest companies and organizations among his clients and has been involved in many of the region’s most significant commercial real estate transactions, including securing AllianceBernstein for Brookfield Properties’ Fifth & Broadway development 501 Commerce, representing TVA on the acquisition of their 1.2 million-square-foot Chattanooga headquarters, as well as leading the purchase and 100 percent lease-up efforts of Commerce Center East, Fourth & Church, and Lyft’s regional headquarters in downtown Nashville. He was most recently chosen as the lead broker to market Beaman Automotive’s nearly 18 acres in midtown Nashville, which is indicative of the preeminent commercial properties entrusted to him and most likely to be one of the largest commercial real estate land sales in Nashville’s history. He has been a Nashville Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Power Leader for the past eight years and his developments have won awards from the Urban Land Institute, Nashville Chapter.

Stream continues to make national headlines for its fast-paced growth over the past several months—from new hires to assignment and client expansion and acquisition. In Chicago, Stream recently welcomed a seasoned eight-person leasing team, and in Fort Worth, a top agency leasing veteran to lead its office division—each recruited from differing global commercial real estate firms. Across the country, Stream leases and manages over 250 million square feet and has developed and/or acquired over 35.8 million square feet.

“Stream’s national office growth plan is deliberate and strategic to ensure it complements our existing platform and provides further value to our clients,” stated Stream President Chris Jackson. “We are actively looking at additional markets to expand Stream’s services and anticipate this will accelerate in 2021 due to the increase of new business and key hires. As our clients grow, we grow with them. As our resources grow, our team is positioned for additional career opportunities. It’s a very exciting time to be at Stream.”
